HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I usually skip reviews but they deserve this one. I am pretty handy myself but I reached out to a few companies to remove my popcorn ceilings. Ronald and his wife run this company; they drove over to my condo to give me a quote the same day I called. They gave me an extremely fair quote- based on their assessment of the work needed. This was a challenging job and it took just 3 days to have smooth gorgeous ceilings. The ceilings were scraped, sanded, patched, primed and painted (2 coats). It was truly incredible how efficient, experienced, and talented they are. Everyday all the furniture and walls were taped, masked, prepped to protect all my belongings/furniture. Ronald came by once the work was complete to make sure I was happy with the outcome. They have 'specialists' dedicated to different kinds of job. I ended up hiring them again to rip up my carpet and install LVP and they sent over their flooring specialist. I decided to remove the carpet myself as I was on a tight budget and they are more than happy to work with you based on your needs. I am so pleased to have found someone in Atlanta that does high quality work at a fair price. I called 5 companies for my ceilings and had 4 other companies come quote my flooring install. They were truly the most responsive, fair priced, and genuine. I will be hiring them for a full renovation of my master bathroom and I highly recommend this company for any professional renovation/install you are looking for.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I do not recommend Ronald and his sub contractors. Unfortunately I trusted the people that referred me to him without checking for references and that’s my own fault. He hires subcontractors and doesn’t do any of the work himself. I’m not really sure if he knows how to do anything but he sure had me fooled. The drywall guy did a sloppy job. Multiple sizes of drywall for a residential project. Uneven walls. They did not remove rotted wood. And when I asked them to address it they brushed it off and said it wasn’t part of the agreement. And they try to blame stuff off on others. Like I’m a women, it seems they tried to take advantage especially. The plumber that started the job was extremely unprofessional, tried to cut corners, never consulted me about specific decisions and treated me like I was stupid. The person that did the tile also made a lot of mistakes. The floor is completely off level. There’s grout splatter everywhere. There’s ink stains on the stone where it was marked to cut. Just very sloppy work over all. And very disappointed. If anyone is doing new upgrade to their house always always check for multiple references, get quotes and opinions from multiple contractors before going with one. They will try to tell you “well that’s how it’s supposed to be done,” that’s usually a lie.
